Resstende was among the companies involved in the redevelopment project of Monte Rosa 91, the new office complex that offers a new vision of work-life balance between the City Life and San Siro districts in Milan, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) .
Enhance the common spaces, in a game of continuity between in & out. This is where the project edited by Resstende takes place.
Rossella Gerosa, Project Manager of Resstende comments: “Our team did an extraordinary job in the building renovation project, dismantling all the existing external solar shading structures, restoring them and replacing the 1.121 sheets of the facade. In collaboration with the RPBW studio we developed the project by choosing the fabric Soltis 92 Perform in the color grey. Colour Cloud on the internal side and Silver Metallic on the outside. Better performing from a thermal point of view, it reflects external light acting as a heat shield contributing to energy saving, a fundamental aspect on which the entire regeneration of the building was based.”
The modernization intervention, thanks to the expert installation of the external solar shading systems, has given a new face to Monte Rosa 91, giving life to an unprecedented urban oasis, an ideal place to share ideas, have fun and relax in the nature.
