Resstende proposes systems for façades a series of esclusive motorised blinds conceived specifically for outdoor applications.
These extremely elegant systems have a round headbox, stainless steel bars or cables complete with distinctive fixing brackets: elements which help transform the blind into part of the building’s architecture.
Installation: outdoors, purposely designed for building façades
Headbox: CT110 extruded aluminum round headbox. Cast aluminium cheeks with recess to house stainless steel spring to compensate any thermal dilation
Roller tube: Ø 60 mm extruded aluminum tube or Ø 78mm galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric removal
Side channels: stainless steel AISI 316 Ø 8 mm guide bars or Ø 4 mm, 19 strand wire cable guides
Hem bar: FD42 round extruded aluminium bottom rail with internal galvanized steel weight and POM end caps
Operation: motorised operation; 230V/50Hz tubolar motor M50, with top/bottom limit switches and mains cable, thermal cut-out and class IP44 water resistance
Mounting: shaped, upper and lower, cast aluminium mounting brackets for wall mounting. Upon request stainless steel AISI 316 fork swage turnbuckle or cable tensioning unit for floor mounting
Installation: outdoors, purposely designed for building façades
Headbox: CT110 extruded aluminum round headbox. Powder coated die-cast aluminum end cheeks with insert for rapid mounting on the upper mounting brackets. Brackets on supplement
Roller tube: Ø 60 mm extruded aluminum tube or Ø 78mm galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric removal
Side channels: stainless steel AISI 316 Ø 8 mm guide bars or Ø 4 mm, 19 strand wire cable guides

Operation: motorised operation; 230V/50Hz tubolar motor M50, with top/bottom limit switches and mains cable, thermal cut-out and class IP44 water resistance
Upper mounting: stainless steel AISI 316 standard brackets for wall or ceiling mounting, on supplement
Lower mounting: fork swage turnbuckle. On request, stainless steel AISI 316 cable tensioning unit for floor mounting or stainless steel AISI 304 brackets for wall/ window frame mounting
Headbox: CT135 extruded aluminum round headbox with removable cover. Powder coated die-cast aluminum end cheeks with insert for rapid mounting on the upper mounting brackets. Brackets on supplement
Roller tube: Ø 78/85 mm galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric removal
Side channels: stainless steel AISI 316 Ø 8 mm guide bars or Ø 4 mm, 19 strand wire cable guides
Hem bar: FD42 round extruded aluminium bottom rail with internal galvanized steel weight and POM end caps
Operation: motorised operation; 230V/50Hz tubolar motor M50, with top/bottom limit switches and mains cable, thermal cut-out and class IP44 water resistance
Upper mounting: stainless steel AISI 316 standard brackets for wall or ceiling mounting, on supplement
Lower mounting: fork swage turnbuckle. On request, stainless steel AISI 316 cable tensioning unit for fl oor mounting or stainless steel AISI 304 brackets for wall/window frame mounting
Installation: outdoors, purposely designed for building façades
Headbox: CT110 extruded aluminum round headbox. Stainless steel cheeks AISI 316 composed of two fl anges that clamp onto the bar guides and hence support the whole blind. The box is hence suspended on the bar guides and not fixed to the building. Brackets on supplement
Roller tube: Ø 60 mm extruded aluminum tube or Ø 78mm galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric removal
Side channels: stainless steel AISI 316 Ø 10 mm guide bars
Hem bar: FD42 round extruded aluminium bottom rail with internal galvanized steel weight and POM end caps
Operation: motorised operation; 230V/50Hz tubolar motor M50, with top/bottom limit switches and mains cable, thermal cut-out and class IP44 water resistance
Mounting: elegant fi xing brackets DALLAS in stainless steel AISI 304 for wall or ceiling/floor mounting on supplement. Custom fi xing brackets on request

Roller tube: Ø 78 mm galvanized steel tube with slot to facilitate fabric removal
Side channels: GP32 extruded aluminium side channels in which only the bottom rail runs (fabric unguided) to restrain movement of the blind
Hem bar: the system has a fi xed roller tube that keeps the top part of the fabric in a vertical plane and two aluminium arms (600mm) with FD42 adequately weighted round extruded aluminium front rail fi xed to them. The arms rotate up to 160° hence inclining the bottom part of the fabric, allowing air to circulate into the room without reducing the level of solar protection. The whole system blocks automatically in both directions, at a position that may be set any height during installation
