Within the Bassi Business Park business area in Milan, the new project for the total renovation of the Engineering S.p.A.
Resstende, in collaboration with the architectural firm Esse and Bi studio, has contributed to the realization of the project of fit out of the new working environments, creating and designing customized over 1200 internal sunscreens model F 101.
Each roller blind is moved with a metal chain and equipped with painted iron supports and supports in black PVC. The backdrop FR23 is also black, made of extruded aluminum with PVC caps.
The fabric selected for all the sunscreens designed and installed is the Silkshade Alu filter in light grey, composed of 100% fire-retardant polyester and PVC-free. Specifically, it has a linear structure that gives the rooms a minimal and timeless elegance thanks to the sheen of the fabric reminiscent of silk. Its opening factor of 3% allows to maintain a comfortable external visibility and an effective anti-glare effect, ensuring excellent visual comfort to better live the working environments. Moreover, being a fabric with an aluminized back effectively reflects the sun’s rays, ensuring a comfortable temperature even during the summer months.
